Portfolio & register of work

An engineer who moved into consulting—and never stopped building.

I trained in electronic engineering, qualified in tax, and never stopped shipping software. Most of my work sits where a business process turns out to be a data or systems problem underneath — and I am usually the person who can both spot that and go and fix it.

Where I work now

Consultant in Technology & Transformation at Deloitte, London. I lead delivery on technology implementations and manage a portfolio of compliance work across jurisdictions — the coordination, the reporting, the keeping-many-teams-pointed-the-same-way.

What I bring that most people don't

An engineering foundation, a tax qualification, and the habit of building the tool rather than specifying it. That combination means I can sit in a commercial conversation and a technical one in the same afternoon, and follow a problem from the spreadsheet down to the code.

What I'm drawn to

Cross-functional work with room to range — commercial, technical, and analytical at once — at companies that value someone who doesn't fit cleanly in one box.

The record

The rail on the left moves between areas — delivery, data, software, engineering, finance. Each opens its own page: what I've built, professional and personal, grouped by the kind of problem rather than by who was paying.
